The name of the event may change each year but the extremely high quality of work on offer at Nottingham Trent University's annual photography festival always seems to remain consistent. Photoradar will take place over a fortnight in June (in conjunction with the art and design degree shows happening across campus around the same dates) across various venues in Nottingham, in a variety of well known galleries and lesser known spaces, such as transfomed cafes and shop-fronts.

The work on offer will celebrate the creative talent that the next generation of Nottingham Trent BA (hons) graduates posess. This year sees over 100 photographers displaying their work, promising both a fascinating and idiosyncratic experience.

With practices spanning the entire spectrum of the behind the lens experience, the work promises to appeal to the enthusiastic amateur and the hardened critic. Traditionally a vibrant and unique photography festival that allows you to wander the various venues throughout a day to take in the imagery on offer but the option is always there to revisit sites at your own leisure, and its free of charge. Drop into the Bonington building (on shakespeare street) or any of the listed galleries to pick up a map and information on the featured artists.

Photoradar photography festival takes place 1 - 12 June across various venues in Nottingham.
