only been there once and that was when we had the Funky Monkey Christmas Party there in December and I liked it, if only for the fact they were showing Enter The Dragon in HIGH DEF on the plasma. Big up the Jam Cafe

Well you got it wrong.Just because you like a place and want to help them out when they've just started doesn't mean you have to work there...or be friends with the people who run it for that matter.
by daley thompson Jan 14, 2009, 03:11:01 pmbut you do work there, right
disclaimer: never been but i'm sure it's nice. with a name like JAM you can't go wrong. i love jam, me
by kaisha Feb 13, 2009, 02:32:35 pmJust great to see a new cafe in Notts. We are so behind other major cities in he Uk for choice of boutique shopping and cafes that any new pace like this is a massive bonus. Their sandwiches are dead tasty too and the chef is really cute..
by Sara May 07, 2009, 12:45:05 pmYes, this is indeed a lovely place, as sampled by me for the first time last week - chilled and a nice relaxed vibe. Love the decor too and the food was Mmmmm
by stevie May 26, 2009, 01:02:50 pmI played my guitar at the Jam Cafe last week, there wasn't many people there which was a real shame, but the aptmosphere was great and Chris the manager was more than helpfull and a very genuine guy. I wish them luck with what could be a great little venue.

by iangordoncraig Jul 26, 2009, 05:49:29 pmIt's so good to see a venue like this in Nottingham. Loved the Rosie Rojo set; loved the girl with the beat box guy. (Nina? Not sure, but she was ace to). Congrats and recommendations all 'round.
