Dude! That's Stelarc. He rocks. Got mentioned in another thread here a while ago, the 'body art' one I think. He's half man, half machine, all artist.

Stelarc is the king of body art madness...I did a CD-Rom for him a few years back and so know his work quite well. His latest plan when I last saw him was to have an extra ear grafted to the side of his head which talks!
Possibly his most famous work is his early 'hooks through the skin' stuff...and a wicked 'stunt' too...check it out!

Stelarc is most definitely 'the man'. He's been on Tomorrow's World as well.
I'm trying to remember one of his projects he was 'working on'. It was called Hexapod or something. It was basically a giant robotic spider that he controlled with his mind (or perhaps not as exciting as that).
