Calling all local bands...

Nottingham Trent Students' Union are making regular videos, posted on Youtube, to engage with their members (students).

We think it would be a good idea to use local music in these videos as this would have two-way benefits:

- It would show how vibrant the local music scene is, helping to promote the city as a desirable destination for young people to come and study.

- It provides a pretty hassle-free opportunity for local bands to engage with a relatively large local audience and hopefully increase their fanbase.

Fairly chilled instrumental music is probably most suitable for our projects, but our ears are open to all contributions really.

We have no budget to pay contributors, but would credit all music used and can hopefully help increase your local fanbase.

If you would be happy for us to use your music in our videos and would like to submit something for consideration, please either post links in this thread or email david.kingsbury@su.ntu.ac.uk.
