Description:
Complimenting the Waddesdon Drawings in the Djanogly Art Gallery, Fragmented Images is a selection from the artist’s recent body of work produced as associate artist at the Wallace Collection consisting of intricate, digitally originated, papercuts and collages.
The work centres on the motif of the female figure and provides an individual and vibrant contemporary reworking of some of the decorative motifs found in the eighteenth-century paintings and porcelain of the Wallace Collection.
