This major exhibition reflects the life on and off the stage of the leading British Impressionist painter Dame Laura Knight (1877 - 1970). It marks a welcome return to the city for this much-loved artist- who was born in Long Eaton and grew up in Nottingham - but also provides an opportunity to see a number of works which have rarely, if ever, been exhibited before.
