We are calling on you to 'Love your Library' as part of National Libraries Day. The day is devoted to all types of libraries, library customers, staff and supporters across the UK. The day aims to highlight the different facilities and activities that take place at libraries and encourage more people to visit and sign up as members
To celebrate the day and your local libraries, Nottingham City Council wants as many people as possible to borrow a book, film or music CD on the same day. It is a chance for citizens to show their support and visit their library and by taking out at least one item. By the end of the day it is hoped that City Libraries will have loaned 4,000 books, films and CDs
