Pearls Poetry Night comes to Nottingham in aid of Action for Children Zambia, bringing you spoken word artists from far and wide!

AFCZ, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to addressing the needs of vulnerable and displaced children in Zambia and children who need help in general. The primary aim of AFCZ is to provide a multi-faceted approach to combating HIV/AIDS, literacy, child abuse, child drug through drug treatment and homelessness among displaced youth, through the effective use of their In Loco Parenti approach.

Spoken Word will be brought to you from different parts of England and it promises to take you on a journey from joy to sadness and everything between. Prepare to laugh and cry in a fun and friendly atmosphere, where not only you will have an enjoyable evening you will also be helping the street kids in Zambia just by buying your entry ticket.
