Hopping over the border to Rams territory we went to witness the Red Hot Chili Peppers perform to a crowd sweating it out in thundery and humid conditions. Was it worth it? definitely, they were belting out all their classic tunes after all. The only downside was that special guests Goldfrapp couldn't make it due to Alison having a throat infection, curses! Ben Harper & the innocent criminals put on a pretty good set in their place however and the antics of !!! (pronounced Chk Chk Chk) were quite amusing, or at least the prima dona frontman was - he's the curly haired guy in the pics...
