Club Wormhole

Get in the hole & join the club; we are going on an adventure! Club Wormhole welcomes all to join with our band of alternative comedians, clowns and weirdos for a night of laughter, art and transcendence.

Thanks to our sold out shows and reputation for being such a wonderful room, we’ve already confirmed some of our all time HEROES to perform in 2024! As per tradition, each show will be themed and we know we are going to have a blast at the Wormhole Wrestling Federation with returning act Stan Skinny as Captain ‘The Butcher’ Reality in January, and explore the world of mushrooms, slimes, protozoa and all things Weird Nature with the majestic wonder that is Jain Edwards in February. Then for Leicester Comedy Festival we are going on tour to East Street Lanes, tapping into local interest with our Clock & Towers show headlined by the inimitable Nate Kitch; the comic, and then right back at Sidedoor Studio in April to celebrate Spring Equinox with the surrealist legend Michael Brunström

Accessibility and venue information: There are a few steps into the venue. The wheelchair lift to bypass these is currently out of order - please let us know if you want to be kept up-to-date with the state of the lift. All toilets are single cubicles and gender neutral.

Pricing: £7.50/£4.50 concessions. No-one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Corkage: Hot and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the event, alcohol will not. If you would like to bring your own alcohol, please purchase the £5 corkage fee as well as your regular ticket.
