Vermes

Leftlion have had a peek at Bubblesnake Productions' Vermes short to articulately dissect

Videos currently require flash, html 5 versions are coming soon

Bubblesnake Productions was set it up six years ago, by filmmaker Marc Burton. Their short films are self-funded and they have had their work screened all over our fair land: Bang! and Violated festivals right here in Nottingham, as well Rob Knox, Leith, Deep Fried, Brighton, Walthamstow, along with Wirral and Wood Green International Film Festivals.

Overlaid with serene, relaxing classical music the pleasant interactions of a cat and its owner could have only turned either sinister or disgusting. We mainly get the latter, in which we are treated with an illness transferred from cat to owner that builds to a huge vomiting crescendo, which stays with you throughout the end credits.

They currently have a self help video, with a Bubblesnake twist, in post-production, called Backyard Hens and are working plenty more scripts that will be ready for production in 2012.
