Nottingham-based Director Sam Masud is making some waves nationally at the moment. His latest effort Adha Cup will be shown on proper telly on Tuesday 25 August on Channel 4 at 11.55pm. That 25-minute drama follows two bored social workers who reluctantly agree to reunite the cast of a legendary amateur Bollywood musical, to restage it in their own workplace. It is believed to be the first Urdu drama ever shown on Channel 4.
