The dinosaurs are arriving at Thoresby Hall for Dino Kingdom, their immersive outdoor experience, and we’ve got ten tickets to give away…
From Friday 15 October - Sunday 31 October 2021, gigantic animatronic dinosaurs are set to descend on the historic Nottinghamshire landscape of Thoresby Hall for the Dino Kingdom event.
Dino Kingdom is an outdoor dinosaur experience with animated dinosaur installations. Aimed at all ages it’s a great day out for the family, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the realistic roars and authentically moving dinosaurs, featuring T. Rex.
With animatronic technology, holographics and VR, the event is set to be fully immersive, with 3D anatomy bringing the dinosaurs to life. From the creators of the award-winning Lightopia Festival, and offering a blend of education and entertainment, guests are set to learn plenty about the majestic creatures.
Visitors will be able to take a trail through the woods to meet all kinds of creatures and walk through a giant Dinosaur skeleton tunnel, with a roaming dinosaur and smoking dragon to feature.
The event will also offer a Dino Kingdom app, providing insight to how the dinosaurs lived millions of years ago. Alongside this there will be inside activities on offer, from feeding the beasts in a Dino Keeper VR experience, designing a dinosaur and fossil hunting to riding on dinosaurs .
Dino Kingdom will also be hosting a Halloween special, Dinos in The Dark, which will take place on the weekends of the 22-24 and 29-31 of October 2021. The hall will be transformed into a land of creepy ghosts, skeleton skulls, vicious zombies, evil spiders, chilling bats & wicked witches lurking in the shadows, alongside the Dinosaurs.
We are giving away ten tickets to one of you to attend Dinos in The Dark. The special evening will take visitors on a spooky adventure trail, lit by lights, lanterns and dinos that come to life in the moonlight. There will be a number of exciting surprises on route, including 6 projections, flaming fire pits, smoke effects and delicious treats.
