It will be a challenging time for all of us - both those who have suffered from bad mental health previously and those who have not. Maybe we'll be more aware of it than we were last year, as the world around us feels ten times more vulnerable. But as we navigate these new and quite frankly damn right weird times, more and more of us are awakening our inner artist to help keep our insanity at bay.
