Event: Scalarama 2015 Launch Night
Synopsis: Launch of the Nottingham branch of the Scalarama festival including information and an opportunity to meet the organisers and get involved.

Wednesday 2 September
Event:
The Decline of Western Civilization
Synopsis: The Decline of Western Civilization is an American documentary film filmed through 1979 and 1980. The movie is about the Los Angeles punk rock scene and was directed by Penelope Spheeris. In 1981, the LAPD Chief of Police Daryl Gates wrote a letter demanding the film not be shown again in L.A. Over the years the film has gained cult status.

Thursday 3 September
Event: Biker Double Bill of Stone and Psychomania
Synopsis: Stone - Explosive Ozploitation classic, feature raw, real stunt work including a death-defying cliff jump. Many of the cast returned in Mad Max and Tarantino cites the film as a favourite. Police officer Stone goes undercover with the deadly cycle gang, The GraveDiggers, who he slowly starts to identify with.
Psychomania - Darkly twisted comic mayhem ensues when Tom, psychotic leader of a British biker gang, learns from his Satanist mother (Beryl Reid) that he can become immortal in a pact with the devil - soon a gang of living dead bikers are riding the roads. Hilarious cult horror biker fun!

Friday 4 September
Event: Big Trouble in Little China Screening
Synopsis: A big screen Mortal Kombat, stalls, delicious tummy goodness courtesy of D's Pop-Up Kitchen, the nice lolly company and more, as Cobden Chambers is turned into a mini Chinatown for the evening.

Saturday 5 September
Event: Outdoor Cinema screening of Oldboy
Synopsis: The open air cinema returns with special screenings of Park Chan-wook’s Oldboy, thus proving revenge is best served with an ice cold beer and an open sky. You are warned to check the weather and dress accordingly. The screening will also contain delights such as snacks, booze, themed activities and great stuff to buy. Ticket price includes one free drink.

Sunday 6 September
Event: Short Stack Fan Film Special
Synopsis: You will be treated to fan made tributes to Predator, Hitman and Hellblazer...and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Directors from selected films will be on hand to introduce their films. Miss this at your own peril!
