Roll up, roll up! Come and listen to the finest literature podcast the land has ever heard

The Write Lion podcast train is almost bang on schedule - more so than the Irrational Rail Network, at least.

So, who are March's passengers? Neil Fulwood and David Sillitoe discuss their recently formed publishing house Lucifer Press, profits from which will all go towards the Alan Sillitoe statue fund.

And, for your listening pleasure, Judith Allnatt discusses the skills required to write historical fiction, and her new book, The Silk Factory, which explores the 1811 framebreakers.

Music on the show is from The Little Typists, and if you like what you hear, come back in April when their lyricist, John Marriott, will be featured.

We have a favour to ask

LeftLion is Nottingham’s meeting point for information about what’s going on in our city, from the established organisations to the grassroots. We want to keep what we do free to all to access, but increasingly we are relying on revenue from our readers to continue. Can you spare a few quid each month to support us?
