WITHIN: Promoting positive wellbeing and healthy habits from within
Set aside some time to relax and reset with this mindfulness session from our WITHIN series.
About the Session
We all know what it’s like to feel anxious from time to time. It’s common to feel tense, nervous and perhaps fearful at the thought of a stressful event or decision you’re facing. If these feelings are very strong or last for a long time, then it might be time to learn what to do to start feeling better.
Anxiety Reset is a safe space for you to learn practical ways to help control your anxiety through mindfulness and meditation and creativity. You will leave feeling confident and supported enough to be able to do this at home.

Artwork to keep and your own creative and therapeutic sessions to practice
Samantha Culshaw-Robinson (hypnotherapist and stress management consultant) will begin with a group hypnotic relaxation session. An added bonus will be that when we relax, we can access alpha frequency brain waves which help to increase the creative part of our mind. There will also be a Hypnotic Relaxation and confidence MP3 to download so that you can continue your good work at home.
Dani Bello, the creative arts practitioner, will then facilitate a session focusing on helping you relax and unwind. This includes finding the link between colour and emotion, enabling you to experience how gratitude can bring balance, how affirmations can focus your scattered mind, reassessing your state of mind after the activities.
About the Artists
“I am a clinical hypnotherapist and mindfulness coach. I was born in Melton Mowbray. My working life began as an IT lecturer. My motivation then was the joy my students and I felt when they progressed, gained confidence and took their learning to another level. I worked with students aged 16-19 and mature students, many of whom left school without qualifications, and IT helped them connect to their family and the wider world.
After doing this for 15 years I discovered hypnotherapy whilst looking for ways to help a family member. It was a revelation! I wanted to do this myself! I trained to become a Registered Hypnotherapist accredited by the National Council of Hypnotherapy.
I specialise in treatment of stress and anxiety and behaviours that can occur as a result from these emotions, including:
Rapid Pain Elimination (chronic physical and emotional)
I have appeared on Notts TV and been interviewed on several podcasts. I am rated in the top 3 Nottingham hypnotherapists.”
