Pilates is a full body workout using core muscles and will help improve your posture and flexibility. You will learn the principles of Pilates including breathing, concentration, control and flows. The course is suitable for all ages who are total beginners or who have not practiced for a long time.
Please bring a small towel, water and an exercise mat if you have one (there are some available at the venue). Please check with your doctor if you have any medical problems.
