Two contrasting one act plays. One shows us Effie Palmer, a sixty-four-year-old woman with the mental age of a ten-year-old, who since age thirteen has spent her life in mental institutions. The other introduces us to Donald, a sardonic and weary Chartered Surveyor, who after thirty-five years is on his last day before retirement.
Effie's Burning: Taut and powerful, tender and often funny....with a searing anger at its heart.
Swan Song: Funny witty and sad. this play has it all.
