Description

A display of images and stories, a talk and the chance to share your own photos and memories of Gedling Station before and after the closure of the train line in 1960. Gedling Station, on Shearing Hill, is still standing. 

Display open during normal library opening hours:

Monday 9.30am-7.00pm
Tuesday 9.30am-6.00pm
Wednesday closed
Thursday 9.30am-7.00pm
Friday closed
Saturday 9.30am-1.00pm
Sunday closed

Come and share your memories, bring along old photographs, or enjoying learning about Gedling of old. 

Talk on Thursday 1 February at 2pm.
