Henry Normal has spent 30 years working on comedy scripts, as a writer and as a producer.

He produced hit TV shows including Gavin and Stacey, the Mighty Boosh and Moone Boy, as well as the Alan Partridge film Alpha Papa. He was co-writer of the Royle Family, Mrs Merton, Paul Calf, Coogan’s Run and the film the Parole Officer.

In this talk, Henry will walk you through the common mistakes of comedy writing and show you how to avoid them. He will use his unparalleled insight and experience to teach you the best practices of creating a comedy script.
