Local poet and mindfulness practitioner Caroline Stancer will introduce a variety of poems which connect us with the intensity of ordinary moments.
From those starting points, we will meditate together and then write in response to our present-moment experiences.
If the weather is reasonable, there will be a chance to walk around the community garden at the Resource Centre for one of the writing exercises.
All levels of experience (in mindfulness or writing!) are welcome, and the workshop will be very supportive. There will also be a chance to share what we have created.
