The Study Sessions: A Darkened Room

At Nottingham Contemporary

The Study Sessions are a series of informal reading and discussion groups. Each season we base the sessions on subjects raised in our exhibition and they are led by experts on the subjects. Reading material is circulated in advance via email.

The sessions within A Darkened Room will touch upon Linder’s wide constellation of artistic influences and further explores the subjects presented in the exhibition. The topics discussed by guest speakers span from feminism, surrealism, death and the occult, as well as rituals, ancient cultures and magic.

*Please note that places for these sessions are very limited, to avoid disappointment please reserve a place emailing Mercè at [email protected]
