An evening walk to explore Victorian Nottingham.

All these and more questions will be answered on a guided walk around the buildings of architect Watson Fothergill in Nottingham City Centre. Learn about the buildings of one of Nottingham's most prominent Victorian architects, his signature style and the influence of the Gothic on the city's buildings. A walk of approximately 3km (1.86 miles)


This is a slightly longer walk than the afternoon tour. It will conclude at Fothergill's, 5-7 Castle Road. There will be a table booked in the pub where you are welcome to linger for drinks or food (not included).


Participants are asked to come prepared for appropriate weather eventualities and to wear footwear suitable for city walking.

Meet for 6pm start outside Nottingham Tourism Centre on Smithy Row (next to Council House).

Advanced booking is essential as places are limited.
