YOGA & ART
Both yoga and the visual art ask us to slow down, pause and be in the present moment. During this unique wellbeing experience, you will have time to mindfully explore the current exhibition, followed by a yoga session with Parmjit Sagoo.
Through slowing down you will absorb and explore the works on view. Afterwards, the yoga session will take you through gentle and slow flow yoga, leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed within both mind and body. No prior experience of yoga or art necessary.
