"I've played in a few of the Eastern European countries and it is great to see another opening its doors to overseas acts."

Continuing their tongue in cheek quest for world domination, Spectrum embark into unknown territory in the club world later this month.

The first ever
Spectrum tour of Croatia takes place between July 22nd and 24th. Residents Pete Jordan and Hexadecimal fly the Notts breakbeat flag across three of the countries' cities.

The tour starts on July 22nd in Split at an open air beach party. Onto Citluk on the Friday for an open air party and finally another beach party on Saturday 24th July in Dubrovnik.

Spectrum are one of the most succesful events promoters in Nottingham. They have won 'Best Breaks Night' at the National Breaks Awards for the past two years running. Promoter Pete Jordan has also just got back from playing a set at Glastonbury festival.

Scott Reeder from Hexadecimal, (recently signed to Heavy Disco Records), is looking forward to the dates. "I've heard so many great things about Croatia, and I'm really pleased to be able to be able to tour there in July. I'm sure the Spectrum party sound will go down a treat especially at the beach parties."

Pete Jordan,
also said, "I've played in a few of the Eastern European countries and it is great to see another opening its doors to overseas acts. Judging by neighbouring Hungary, I'm sure the crowds will have an open mind to quality music and I'm sure they will be able to party like the best!"
