Nottingham is about to get well and truly MOJO’d.
You can find MOJO bars in Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester; cities all renowned for their lively music scenes, so of course Notts was the obvious place for their fourth venture. Combining an American dive bar vibe with great liquor, chilled eats and rock n roll, it’ll be a little summat new for humble owd Notts.
Get in on a slice of the action at their opening night, and bag yourself a £50 bar tab while you’re at it. All you have to do, is go on the hunt for one of the fifteen MOJO mixtapes hidden throughout the city.
The tapes will be out and about on the streets from 12pm on Saturday 22 July, but you’ll need to have your wits about you as the boggers are not gonna be easy to find. The MOJO maestros have recruited the help of nearby businesses; from barber shops to vintage stores, so keep eyes peeled and noses to the ground for any clues.
Photos of the tapes’ locations will be posted on MOJO’s social media sites, but you’ll only get a close up shot. You’ll need to have a savvy knowledge of this here city to win at this game. But we know you’ve gorrit in you. Do us over at LeftLion HQ proud.
