Bugzy Malone

In what he’s announced to be his last ever UK tour, Bugzy Malone is coming to Nottingham this Tuesday to play at Rock City. The rapper, who has been cited as starting the ‘grime revival’, is touring following the May release of his album The Resurrection, and his new single War Mode.

The Hives 

When: Wednesday 1 December, 6.30pm

Rising to success in the early 2000’s, The Hives have built a reputation for being one of the best live rock bands ever. The Swedish rock band who are most famous for their song Hate to Say I Told You So, are sure to serve up a great show at one of Nottingham’s most famous rock venues. There’s no better way to welcome in December than that.

Contemporary Craft Fair 

When: Friday 3 Dec - Sunday 5 December

Where: Nottingham Contemporary

For you eager Christmas shoppers, the Contemporary Craft Fair is the perfect place to stock up on festive goodies, and support independent businesses. Featuring forty designers and makers from around the UK, look out for Christmas decorations, ceramics, textiles, jewellery and more.

Snow White and The Seven Dwarves 

When: Saturday 4 December - Sunday 19 December

Where: Nottingham Arts Theatre

Mirror mirror on the wall, what’s the best panto of them all? After being pushed back, Snow White and The Seven Dwarves is finally coming to Nottingham. Set to be performed at Nottingham Arts Theatre, the classic tale is perfect for adults and children alike.

Robin Hood

When: Saturday 4 December - Saturday 9 January

Where: Theatre Royal

It would be wrong to talk about panto without mentioning our very own Robin Hood, who will be gracing the Theatre Royal stage from this Saturday onwards. You can join Robin Hood and his merry men as they outsmart the Sheriff of Nottingham, and pursue Maid Marian. Full of comedy, action, and adventure, this is a great addition to the panto season.
