Ceramics for Beginners

Tuesdays 10-12.30

Starts 20th April for 10 weeks

Free for anyone on a means tested benefit or on a low income.  

This course is aimed at complete beginners and those who wish to refresh the basics.  You will be guided through the main hand-building techniques of pinching, coiling and slabbing using different clay bodies and you will have a chance to have a go on the wheel.  

You will be taught a range of different decorative processes using coloured slips and glazing techniques.
