The Vale Centre

The Vale Centre aims to help improve quality of life and mental health of individuals in the community by providing inviting spaces for practitioners to work from. The centre provides space for psychological therapists, complimentary therapists, dietitians as well as creative workshop practitioners.

We are easily located in Nottingham’s friendly district of Sherwood and have several furnished rooms available for hire for physical, psychological, educational and occupational therapies, workshops, events and more.
