Floral Batik Art Painting Workshop

Spring into the season with art!

What is more fun that crafting a Floral Batik Art to kick off your Spring Season in our little pop-up store at John Lewis, Nottingham.

What to expect:

• -Introduction to batik, how it is made, and the tools & materials needed for batik canting
• -Experiment with mixing colours to produce the right tone and shade
• -Batik painting on a pre-wax floral batik (4 design to choose from : sakura, bird of paradise, orchid, hibiscus)
• -All materials and tools provided
• -A beautiful piece of floral batik art to bring home

Get creative and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Batik with your own batik art ready to spruce up your home for this spring. Tickets are £20pp.

Please note: - Children aged 8+ can attend but must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. - This workshop will be a drop in session anytime between 11-4pm on the date of your ticket. Each painting session will be 1 hour.
