The Lord Nelson

Lord Nelson is a 500 year old building which originally was a couple of cottages and a Coaching Inn called the 'Hornbuckles'. This is a country-like pub right on the edge of the city!

This 16th Century pub serving real cask ales including guest beers. Also available are a wide choice of wines and spirits. A warm friendly family pub with regular events such as weekly quizzes, poker nights and darts night.
There is also a monthly Jam session and occasional Live gigs in the garden throughout the summer months.
